My Rights (sort of a Disclaimer)
My name is Frankie
(better known as FRN2000) and this
website is merely my opinion, the result of my curiosity of computers and
programming. The sole purpose of this website is to document my experiences of
rebuilding old systems and their operating systems and to have fun while doing
the latter. Therefore you are welcome use this website as a source of
information on different operating systems at your sole discretion. I do not
claim to be an expert on any of the subjects covered within this website. I
offer no warranties that the information in this website is fully accurate so
feel free to email me correcting any
errors that you find. Further more, you can copy and/or steal the contents for
your school reports. Just do not publish it on other websites
or other media and say that you wrote this information. The latter would not be
nice and is actually a form of plagiarism. You can credit
VintageOS and give this
website a link (thanks in advance).
Since I started this website in 1999, people from different parts of the
world (Argentina, El Salvador, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Japan, Mexico, New
Zealand, Portugal, Switzerland and the UK) have either corrected many errors or
have asked for technical help and/or opinions. Although I by no means consider
myself an expert, if you have any questions, suggestions, need help or want to
correct me, email me.
This website is not affiliated with any type of organization related to
computers, technology, spamming, hacking or of any other nature at all. This
website is not in any way responsible for content in external websites although
it has several links to WhatIs
for definitions to various terms. Any links to any questionable material will be
deleted at my discretion or by petition (your email).
